Role & responsibilities
Ensure to update sales team inputs, accurate details of the customers and collects all the necessary documents at the login stage as per the login check list (Customer name and Information, applicant details, ITR, collateral details, bank statement and other documentation which is deemed necessary as per policy.
Ensure initial verification processes such as title search etc. are completed by the sales team
Raise query to the sales team for non submission of all relevant documents, and follow up with the sales team for submission. (Primary responsibility for submission of complete docket rests with the sales team)
Ensure error free data updating in Leviosa platform by resolving errors in Leviosa and physical file submitted by sales team to ensure smooth processing of the loan
Understand critical fields in Leviosa for accurate output like ABB, Avg inflow, RTR data accuracy, income/ITR inputs, valuation input and PD detail and provide data input system knowledge to the team.
Verification of initial documentation, and initial credit check ( post PD)
Gathering of all required information which would be required by Credit Manager for decisioning (SBL checklist, customer information sheet, KYC checks etc) post initial queries are resolved.
Ensure proper valuation of the case in case where certain baseline criterion are not met (CIBIL score is very low, customer has any cheque bounces in his bank statement) Reject the case as per policy
